OUR OFFICE

Located at Kota Damansara, a strategically located surroundings which facing the MRT Surian station sandwiched by development of Tropicana and Sunway properties in the vicinity.

The location can be accessed via North-South highway which has its tool booth just less than 2 km on the north-east of our area. At utmost east is about 4km away is the Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) and there is a small access road leading to Sprint highway as well.on the northern part of Kota Damansara, the Batu Tiga road leading to Shah Alam on the west and Sungai Buloh on adjacent side.

A 5km drive on this road would lead also to Bukit Jelutong Expressway and with the current very much aligned toward an area earmarked as the next development corridor. Being a central location has helped our clients in ensuring they can easily accessible towards our specialised services.

In that aspect, we could also take up corporate secretarial services for public companies via GKJ McMILLANWOODS, another widespread accounting conglomerate.

Corporate Secretary would also require vast legal knowledge in ensuring the clients need are met, our firm has affiliated with Mr Bhaskaran Subramaniam, a senior lawyer on a professional outsourced consultancy mode.

The group is helmed by KumarasenShanmuganathan FCIS (CS) (CGP) who has been a practicing secretary since 1994 and has vast experience in public, private and co-operative sectors. He has been involved in various Non-Governmental Organization as well as a Founder Member of Malaysian Indian Business Co-operative Limited and the Founder of Golden Lotus Co-operative Limited.

BAHRATHY V PERUMAL

The Human Resources (HR) Department and years of experience in Share Registration Department in a public company and a gold medalist in Certificate of HR and has served in various MNC companies such as Cadbury, etc. Her experience in the area of BPO gives and extra dimension to spearhead the group further.

KARUPPAIYEE @ KANMANI SEGERAN

A senior assistant to the Company Secretary of the group and able to handle a wide scope of task in the areas of administration, client portfolio and secretarial work.

ABHILASHINI B. ARUMAINATHAN

FCIS (CS) (CGP LLB (Hons)), MBA (Corp. Gov) ,FCIS (CS) (CGP) is a legally qualified and a Masters holder in Corporate Governance and a Associate Member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and handles the secretarial work and related functions.
